He is.

Wine is sweet.

Pain is not.

If humans were to choose the course of their own lives, down to the people and circumstances that affected them, how would it look like? What would they choose?

How would the world look like without God?

The most excellent One, our Creator.

Life is unpredictable.

But we have the assurance of a constant when all else fails. It is not in the way of man to direct himself.

Our choices sometimes lead to peril, but with God tough times are bearable. Even when you can't see what is in front of you, trust Him.

He'll make a way, He always does.

He is the light that splits the darkness.

His existence is beyond cause and effect. He transcends both life and death.

No name can contain him, no name does Him justice.

I though about it and realised the only whole way to describe God is to just say, "He is."

Because He is that He is.

The thin line.

This content was created on the second of January 2026. I've decided to journal about my life now, my lived experiences, claim back my identity. Because for years now all I've been doing is floating. 2025 was a win, but it was all done on auto pilot. I was in my mind most of the time, stuck between the past, present and future, not sure which one to live in. People don't talk about what comes next after you've used up your strength to the point where all you have left are fumes. Everything keeping you steady suddenly runs out and then you're left in limbo, surviving yes but never truly living. You still get things done, still get called excellent but only you know what the voices say about you not yet living up to your potential.  To understand where it all went wrong, first you need to go back to the beginning or rather the end, the time in your life when the camel's back broke. Then retrace your steps, see how it influenced your choices, your habit...

The Earth Will Be Beautiful

So, it's Monday. I never did have anything against Mondays because 'man gats to work'. As I'm still a student and also an entrepreneur, those words have never been truer. I wanted to write yesterday but ended up writing a very short response to a prompt instead. Don't worry, I'll upload it later😉. The genre is 'horror' though, thought to tell you in advance. I dreamt some months back, I have the gift of dreams, one of the many gifts given to me by the Holy Spirit. The dream was very deep. 'Evil' as they like to do, prevented the dreamer's every step to vanquish them, but at the end of the day, the Lord became my escape and I heard a song; "The Earth Will be Beautiful." It went from me fearing the oppressive presence in the dream to being happy, prophesying what will come to be. This word is to encourage you that no matter how much you see evil spreading understand that one day they will be no more and that day is muc...

24 HOURS

A Short Flash Fiction, where a man sold his soul to the devil in return for his mother's life. ENJOY! * * * I could barely breathe with the dirty horse sack over my head. I was panting as I tried figuring out where they were taking me. I wasn't wearing any shoes, so I felt every sharp pinch of the rocks against my feet. "Where are you taking me?" I managed to grit out but my words came out incoherent against the dirty rag rubbing me in the face. Finally, we stopped and I was brought to my knees by a rough kick to my legs. "Welcome, Bill." A voice said to my left. The sack was taken off me and I saw my fellow co-worker at the local Wall-mart. "Mike?" I looked around me and saw the two men that had led me here. They weren't any people I knew. I looked around; it seemed like a basement of some kind. They kept some wine bottles in cribs on the wall. We were in a wine cellar. "What was so special about this place that you had to gag me and cove...
