It's been a while

Hey, it's been more than a year since I posted. A lot has happened since then. A LOT.

As you know, I'm a Christian and recently I've had my biggest challenge as a Christian and author. I had never been as tired both mentally and spiritually as I was late last year and early this year but unsurprisingly even through the raging storm, God was doing His things as He normally does.

Despite the ordeals, I'm better than I was. I have so much to be grateful for. A lot. I am thankful for all He has given me; I'm in 400l now, almost a graduate, and my brothers have both gotten a higher paying job when there was no money, He footed all my schooling bills and provisions.

He allowed me to make use of the certificate of being a Brand Designer. I now have my own branding business.

I became a PR of the electoral body of my department last year. I also got a hopeful connection to broaden my scope in that field. I'm more open, I've made more friends.

God is good. I'm grateful. So why was I down?

I am 'waiting'. He has kept me in the waiting room, all the while providing for my needs. I know He is still here, that is why I am grateful.

If I learned anything from Abraham or Job, it is that God is in control and is always on time. It might not seem like it at the time, but He is there in the storm with you.

Always remember that He is for you and all things are working for your good.

It's been two days of gut-wrenching anxiety and dread. The usual lively island was gloomy, giving it a rather tense atmosphere. Everybody knew everybody here, that was why when news of the cheery thirty-year-old fashion designer went missing, the whole island panicked. Mykonos was a small Greek island known for its Cycladic structures that often reminded people of the bronze ages. Mykonos was a summer house for the rich, the top percent of the population, a place to relax for vacations or just to get away from all the tension of the busy life that only the rich could relate to. Usually, it wasn't hard to move around here, usually you took a casual walk around town without having to worry about getting stabbed or shot...
