Hi😉

My name is Idowu Taiwo, I'm Nigerian and this is my first blog ever created. Whoo hoo!!😁

Where to start, Oh the pressure!😬

I'm a lot of things:

I'm a lover of God, a content creator, a beginner in Digital Marketing (hopefully that'll change soon😁), a photographer, an aspiring author( I actually have written two books). Yay🌼

I also sing together with my sister.🤗

I love reading, I'm actually still an undergraduate and I love the learning experience—come and fight me.🙃

Just joking though, I don't have a fighting bone in my body.😅

I'm a huge movie buff, I love cartoons and I'm a huge advocate of love, true unadulterated love.

I'm a calm and collected person who believes in the power of light over darkness. And that's why I do what I do—to spread a little bit of light however way that I can.

I look forward to meeting my lovely viewers and I hope you are too. Good bye!

Oh, a kiss before I go yonder.

Muah!😘

Ruining the song of a bird

This talks about homosexuality. There was once a beautiful bird, God has made him to sing a different song than he is singing. The new song is due to nothing less than interference, usually starting from an early onset. The interference can both stem from within the bird and outside the bird. The bird lost his God-given song and began singing a subpar one. We can no longer identify the bird with its former glory. It has become empty and changed, corrupted. His melody is no longer sweet and all that has been beautiful about him became dull. Who can make him sing his song again? It is none other than the one his voice was made for. He seemed like an outcast, other birds discarded him because he sounded different. It would be better if the bird wanted his song back, his beautiful song, but a wild snake convinced him that his broken voice was still the most beautiful in the world. He lies, because that is what he does. His words were far from the truth. The snake didn't care about ...

Prompt 4: Gehenna

Prompt: Pick a name, a place, thing and an emotion and write a short horror story about it. Name: Silas. Place: Gehenna. Thing: A nail. Emotion: Grief. Dedicated to Peculiar Praise❤ ****** There was groaning, wailing and gnashing of teeth. At this point, he was too tired to scream. There was no sense of time here. He didn't know if he's spent a week here or a thousand years. There was no reprieve, no rest and worst of all, there was no water. His tongue had shrivelled up. His mouth felt like sandpaper. He was amid the red and yellow flames, enduring torture for the rest of eternity. The worst part about Gehenna is that you never forget your crimes, but you always remember them. That regret coupled with the toture was enough to make any man mad. Silas used to be a wealthy man, from a well-to-do family. As though that wasn't enough, in his greed he sought for powers beyond him, powers money couldn't buy and ended up signing several binding contracts. One...

Beautiful Scars

Lately I've been questioning myself. How do people see me? I know no one is perfect but maybe my good side outways the bad, maybe. Am I beautiful to you, inside outside? Or just on the inside. I have scars, big ones and in not so pretty places. The doctors call it keloid. Yup the monster has a name. No one knows my pain. Only two people ever did. God and sis. It's hard but I would rather hope for a solution than let it get to me. I see how people look at my scars sometimes. Especially when they've seen my beauty a few times only to see what's hidden beneath my shirt, right below my neck. Some scars can't be hidden, like the ones on my wrist and arm. It hurts—literally. I'm in pain quite a lot of times from the scars. Who else would love me scars and all? Will you, will he, will they? I hope they do. I'll always find the strength to keep loving myself, despite all these. I love me, and I hope you do too.❤ ° ° ° ° ° ° ° ° So guys, I hope you like this one! And...
